Susan Forrester, MA, IBCLC, RLC

I am the mother of three children and originally from Los Angeles, California. I moved to the East Coast in 1987 to attend graduate school in New York City. In 1998 I became an accredited La Leche League Leader in Connecticut and helped to start up a LLL Group in West Hartford. In 2002, I became an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), and re-certified in 2007.

In addition to my private practice in the Greater Hartford/Farmington Valley area, I am also employed as a lactation consultant at Breastfeeding Resources, a breastfeeding medicine practice in Stratford, Connecticut, run by Dr. Christina Smillie.
